- Contact you with important vehicle safety information.
- Remind you that your vehicle may be due for an inspection or that your registration may be due for renewal
- Notify you of information that may be relevant to you, such as store closures or openings
- Assist our internal marketing activities, such as direct marketing, database compilation, demographic analysis, and the processing or creation of other marketing information
- Perform customer surveys and individual follow-up calls, letters, or emails to inquire about your satisfaction with our products and services.

HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION
When a consumer purchases an order, makes a booking, provides feedback, and/or registers their information with us, we save such information for future use. This saves time when consumers return to shop with us because we don’t have to re-enter customer information. We may add a customer’s personal information to information acquired from external sources on occasion. This is done mostly to ensure the accuracy of the information we have and, once again, to personalize and improve our service.
WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
Most of the personal information we gather is provided by consumers when they register their details, conduct products or bookings, or send feedback to us. We also gather vehicle information while doing inspections.
In general, we gather personal information such as (but not limited to) customer name, address, delivery address, phone number, and email address, as well as vehicle information such as odometer reading, registration number, model, make, vehicle identification number (VIN), and engine number.
We will not disclose your information with any third parties unless you first give us permission.
We shall take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal information safe. We shall also take all reasonable means to guarantee that only designated individuals in our customer service, marketing, human resources, store systems, and IT departments have access to personal information about our customers and employees.
